What is IAXO?
IAXO is an ERP for freight forwarding businesses that brings Sales, CS/Operations, Finance, and HR into a single system, built specifically for Thai import-export companies.

How is IAXO different from a generic ERP?
IAXO is purpose-built for freight forwarding, so it understands the real workflow from quotation, job opening, shipment tracking, and billing through to HR, with full Thai context (DBD, customs, e-Tax, social security). There's no need to bend a generic system to fit your business.
Does the team need strong IT skills to use it?
Not at all. The system runs in the browser with an easy-to-use Thai interface, plus a Setup Wizard, guides, videos, and onboarding training. Teams coming from Excel can get started right away.

Can I migrate data from my current system / Excel?

Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. IAXO is cloud-based and runs in the browser on mobile, tablet, or desktop — anywhere.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on your organization's size and complexity. Small to mid-sized businesses can typically go live within a few weeks.

Is there a free trial?

How is it priced?

Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can add or remove users and modules and switch plans as your business grows; our team will adjust your quote and configuration accordingly.
Are there hidden fees or upfront setup costs?
We focus on transparency. Core pricing is based on users and modules, while any onboarding or data-import fees are stated clearly in the quote from the start — no hidden costs later.
Can I use only some modules?
Yes. You can start with the modules you need first, such as Sales and Finance, then add CS/Operations or HR later — paying only for what you actually use.
Security & PDPA
How secure is our data?
IAXO encrypts data, provides backups, and keeps an audit trail of every action to prevent retroactive edits and fraud.
Is IAXO PDPA compliant?
Yes. The system is designed to comply with PDPA, with personal-data rights management under Thai law.
Who can see the data?
Access is controlled by fine-grained role-based permissions down to the action level (over 320 permissions), with MFA/Passkey. Users see only the data they're authorized to, and there is a temporary privileged-access mechanism for special tasks.
How do I exercise PDPA rights (e.g. data deletion)?
The system supports data subject requests (DSR) — access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal — along with consent logging and data masking, so your organization can genuinely comply with PDPA.
How does the system prevent internal fraud?
Every action is recorded in an immutable audit trail, approval gates are enforced at every critical status change, and an anti-fraud system automatically detects anomalies.
Technical & Integration
Is there an API to connect other systems?
Yes. IAXO supports API integration to exchange data with your organization's external systems.
Does it support on-premise?
IAXO is primarily a cloud service. For organizations with specific requirements, please contact our sales team to discuss the options.

Is there usage training?
Yes. We provide team training during onboarding, along with guides and how-to videos on the tutorial page.
How fast does the support team respond?
Our support team is ready to help via live chat and the in-app AI Chat, plus a direct channel to reach the team.
Is Thai language supported?
Yes. The system and support are fully available in Thai and can switch to English — ideal for teams with both Thai and international staff.
Is there in-app help while working?
Yes. IAXO includes an in-app AI Chat assistant that answers questions and guides you through steps as you work, plus live chat to reach support when you need more help.
How do I report and track a problem or bug?
Report it to support via in-app live chat or a direct channel. The team will log it, prioritize it, and keep you updated on progress until it's resolved.
